I paid, but the levels are locked
Open Settings in the game and tap Restore purchase. That asks the App Store what your account owns and unlocks everything again. It works on a new phone too, as long as you are signed in with the same Apple Account.
There is no sound
Check two things. The ringer switch on the side of the phone mutes most apps, though Cats & Arrows is set to play through it. Then open Settings in the game and make sure Music and Sound effects are on.
My progress is gone
Progress is saved on the phone itself, not to an account, so deleting the app deletes it. A purchase is safe either way: it lives with your Apple Account, and Restore purchase brings it back.
What is free, and what costs money
Levels 1 to 50 are free. So are the cat shelter, the Meow Shop, the daily coin and everything to do with looking after the cats, whether or not you ever pay. One payment of $0.99 unlocks levels 51 to 999. That is the only thing in the game to buy.
A level looks impossible
It is not. Every level is checked before it ships, and clearing arrows never traps you: taking one off can only ever free others. If you are stuck, a Hint will light up an arrow that can leave right now.
